Historical Summary
The company FERRINDAL - Indústrias de Alumínio e Ferro, Lda. was established on the 20th of September of 1984 by Mr. António Lourenço Farinha, and began its activity in a workshop, with twenty five workers.
Operating within the manufacturing of aluminium and metalworks industries, with a gradual and sustained growth, the company grew from a regional to a national enterprise, executing works from north to south of Portugal, including the autonomous regions of the Azores and Madeira.
The company developed quality works, approved by its clients, and with means selected by the founder’s experience, was asked to present offers for public works, whilst continuing to grow in the privately owned construction industry.
FERRINDAL is increasingly committed to internationalisation. Having previously exported to Mozambique and France, its primary market is Angola, contributing to nearly half of production.
